COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information - updated May 2020


An important message for our Tribe:

There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our fellow skincare lovers. Despite the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we are NOT experiencing delays in processing orders, and are operating as usual. 

Regardless, we know some of you may have questions about how we’re handling your order; and we’re happy to answer them.

Is it safe to shop from your site?

We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to with all of our vendors and teams. 

This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies at any given time. 

What about the delivery of my purchase?

We are still open and taking orders on all of our sites. Orders are being processed within the usual time frame of 1-2 business days while practicing social distancing within the team. 

Orders from Amazon can take a few days longer but our team is working to ensure the quickest method for delivery. 

What Social Distancing Protocols are you currently practicing?

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our office staff was set up to work from home and we implemented the following social distancing protocols with all of our warehouse partners:

  1. All team members working at a minimum of 6 feet apart for order processing; 
  2. Each team member is provided a face mask and set of gloves at the start of each shift;
  3. Multiple sanitation stations have been set up throughout the facility with frequent sanitizing and cleaning of work stations and equipment;
  4. Staggered lunchtimes to avoid larger group gatherings. 

When will I receive my existing order?

If you ordered with us recently from our site, you should receive your order within 3-5 days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. For Amazon orders, your order is being fulfilled and delivered within the estimated time frames provided by Amazon. 

What if I need to exchange or cancel an order?
