DOMESTIC

We pay for shipping within the USA for orders $50+ when you order directly from our website. You can expect your package to ship 1-2 business days after purchase. 

If your package does not arrive within 14 days of your purchase, please email helpdesk@livenobs.com with your order information so we can help resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is not free but we make it easy to choose the best rate and delivery options at checkout - shipping prices can start as low as $10! In addition, any customs and import fees will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Sorry, Spain

Due to certain import restrictions, we do not ship to Spain.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

 
We're pumped for you to try No B.S. Skincare and we know that time and consistency are key, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know if you would like to return a product bought directly from our site, and we'll give you a refund minus a $7 restocking fee, no questions asked. 
Just email helpdesk@livenobs.com and we'll provide a shipping label. 

• This policy applies for US orders only. We’ll be happy to provide a full refund for international orders, but the customer must pay for the return shipping.

• Applies only for full-sized products bought on livenobs.com. It does not apply to sample-sized products and minis, trial kits, gilt.com, or third party retailers.

In order to offer the best experience to as many guests as possible, No B.S. reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous policies (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud). 

GILT.COM SHOPPERS

If you placed your order with a Gilt.com offer, we're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, no returns, only exchanges... but worth the savings, amirite?   

TRIAL KIT

Our trial kit gives you the chance to try our best-selling products before purchasing the full-sized bottles. We will not offer returns or refunds on the trial kit.

If your return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the product and all original international shipping charges.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email helpdesk@livenobs.com within 30 days and we will refund your payment. We do not cover return shipping for international orders in this case.
