DOMESTIC

Free shipping means exactly that! We pay for shipping within the USA when you order directly from our website. You can expect your package to ship 1-2 business days after purchase. 

If your package does not arrive within 14 days of your purchase, please email contact@livenobs.com with your order information so we can help resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is not free but we make it easy to choose the best rate and delivery options at checkout - shipping prices can start as low as $10! In addition, any customs and import fees will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Sorry, Spain

Due to certain import restrictions, we do not ship to Spain.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." 

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GENERAL

We know beauty takes time which is why we give you up to 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange what you bought directly from our website. Just contact us and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label. There's a fixed $5 charge for returns, that will be deducted from your refund. Email contact@livenobs.com to request your label.

  • We only take unopened products. As a courtesy, we’ll gladly refund one open item on your first purchase.   
  • If the return is a result of our error, the $5 fee does not apply.
  • This policy doesn’t apply to international orders, sample-sized products and minis, gilt.com or trial boxes.
In order to offer the best experience to as many guests as possible, No B.S. reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous policies (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

 

GILT.COM SHOPPERS

If you placed your order with a Gilt.com offer, we're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, no returns, only exchanges... but worth the savings, amirite?   

TRIAL BOX

Our trial boxes give you the chance to try our best-selling products before purchasing the included full-sized bottles. You can return any products for free during your trial period; therefore, our regular Free Returns policy does not apply to products purchased from a Trial Box.

If your return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the product and all original international shipping charges.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@livenobs.com within 30 days and we will refund your payment. We do not cover return shipping for international orders in this case.
