Return Policy
30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
We're pumped for you to try No B.S. Skincare and we know that time and consistency are key, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know if you would like to return a product bought directly from our site, and we'll give you a full refund minus a $7 restocking fee, no questions asked.
Just email helpdesk@livenobs.com and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
- This policy applies for US orders only. We’ll be happy to provide a full refund for international orders, but the customer must pay for the return shipping.
- Applies only to full-sized products bought on livenobs.com. It does not apply to sample-sized products and minis, trial kits, or third-party retailers.
In order to offer the best experience to as many guests as possible, No B.S. reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous policies (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
TRIAL KIT
Our trial kit allows you to try our best-selling products before purchasing full-sized bottles. We will not offer returns or refunds on the trial kit.
INTERNATIONAL
If your return is a result of our error, we will refund the total cost of the product and all original international shipping charges.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email helpdesk@livenobs.com within 30 days and we will refund your payment. We do not cover return shipping for international orders in this case.

We pay for shipping within the USA when you order $50 or more directly from our website. You can expect your package to ship 1-2 business days after purchase.
Subscribe & Save orders receive FREE shipping within the US.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
While international shipping is not free, we make it easy to choose the best rate and delivery options at checkout - shipping prices can start as low as $10! In addition, many countries charge customs and import fees that are paid by the customer at the time of delivery. It is up to the customer to understand local tax laws and pay for them.

Can I sell No B.S. in my store or on my site?
No B.S. is for your personal enjoyment only (or the enjoyment of your pals if it’s a gift). We don’t permit the resale of any of our products unless you’re an approved distributor. Any orders that we suspect of being shady will be cancelled. But if you’re serious about being a reseller or wholesaler hit us up at helpdesk@livenobs.com. Simple.
