We know beauty takes time which is why we give you up to 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange what you bought directly from our website. Just contact us and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label. There's a fixed $5 charge for returns, that will be deducted from your refund.

• We only take unopened products. As a courtesy, we’ll gladly refund one open item on your first purchase.
• If the return is a result of our error, the $5 fee does not apply.
• We reserve the right to limit returns if we see abuse.
• This policy doesn’t apply to international orders, gilt.com or trial boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the product and all original international shipping charges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@livenobs.com within 30 days of purchasing and we will refund your payment. We do not cover return shipping for international orders in this case.

SOME FORMALITIES

Sometimes things get lost in the mail. We know it happens, but you need to tell us your package has not arrived within 14 days of your purchase by emailing contact@livenobs.com.

And sorry, we cannot refund gift cards (it’s a credit card company thing, not our thing).

Yes! We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. At checkout below your subtotal, make sure to toggle on Shipping Protection. You'll see the protection added to your cart.

If you insured your shipment with Shipment Protection from our partners at Route, you can file a claim by visiting claims.route.com or download the app and file your claim in one click. All you need is your email and order ID number.

For stolen packages: File claims no earlier than 3-5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

For lost packages: File claims no earlier than 3-7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US/Canada)

File claims no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International).

For damaged packages: File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required).

No B.S. is for your personal enjoyment only (or the enjoyment of your pals if it’s a gift). We don’t permit the resale of any of our products unless you’re an approved distributor. Our products are good for every damn body. That’s kind of the point: good stuff for everyone. You’re welcome.

Most of our products will last a good 3-4 months with regular use as directed. Remember, our formulas are potent, so a little goes a long way!

All of our products are vegan, with the exception of our Moisturizer with SPF 20. We are working diligently to be 100% vegan in the near future.

We are 100% cruelty-free.

Although we recommend consulting with your dermatologist before adding new products to your routine, we do not use the big 8 allergens.
